HKEx – The ESG Reporting Guide

• Consultation Paper was published in December, 2011

• In 2015, new ESG reporting requirement from Hong Kong Exchange (HKEx) is announced

• Requirement of reporting increased from voluntary to comply and explain level

• Reporting framework based on HKEx ESG reporting guidelines, or international standard (e.g. GRI, ISO 26000)
