Wellness Club helped a local tea company, Health Concept achieve Greenmyplanet Carbon Neutral Distribution certification for their organic tea blend distribution in Hong Kong ~ the first of its kind in Hong Kong.
We also helped a local health food store, Health Gate achieve Greenmyplanet Carbon Neutral Store certification ~ the first carbon neutral store in Hong Kong.

Yolanda attended a group meeting with Edward Yau, Secretary of Environment Bureau to express concern on climate change.

Wellness Club tutor, Arlene Wu delivered a luncheon workshop "Live Smart in The Busy City" to HK Disneyland staff.

Yolanda was invited to attend Low Carbon Dinner (Chinese cuisine with local organic produce and poultry) held at Lee Garden Theatre Plaza.

Yolanda received Certificate of Appreciation for the generous support as a mentor of the VTC-SBI Student Mentorship Programme 2009-10.

Wellness Club organized LOHAS Fun Day for Valverde club house in Mid-levels, with raw food cooking demonstration, nutrition talk, soap making workshop, free nutrition analysis and display of health foods and products for their residents.

Wellness Club helped The Climate Group to offset carbon emission to make their event - HKCRC Closing Funfair @ Charter Garden a "CARBON NEUTRAL EVENT".

Wellness Club organized Fair Trade Weekend for 職工盟 CTU's new training center to support Fair Trade Fortnight 2010 and to help launch wellness courses designed for 職工盟 CTU's new Boundary Street Center.

Wellness Club organized Food Nutrition Labeling workshop for SMEs and SEs at HKCSS-SEBC at which Yolanda and Arlene explained food related regulations including Food Allergen Labeling (currently effective), Food Nutrition Labeling Law and new Chinese expiry date expression (both to be effective on July 1st) and impact on SMEs and SEs.
